*Upon receipt of your order, please check to make sure all contents are included and no damage has occurred in transit. Claims for damaged or missing items must be reported within 3 business days of delivery
NOTE: We require a valid shipping address for all orders. We CANNOT ship to PO Box Address, AP0/FPO addresses, Guam, Manilaor, Melilla & Ceuta. If you have a PO box address, please provide a street address and phone number to avoid shipping delays. Most deliveries to Europe, Australia, and North & South America will take only 5-7 business days for your order to arrive - Total Time. Please, however, allow 24hrs before we can provide you with a tracking number after your order is placed via our website. Once packages are left at the destination we are no longer responsible for that package. NOTE: We DO NOT store any credit card information on our web servers - We strive to protect your privacy!

Please contact Dronefly to obtain an RMA# before shipping your order back.
We reserve the right to reject returned items if they are not in a condition to resell them as a new product. These parts can be complex systems, failure of one component can result in a crash or damage. Our 30 day money back ensures that the customer will receive the cost of the sale minus original cost of shipping as long as the product has not been used, flown, or opened. If the original packing has been opened then the buyer may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
The warranty does not cover, and Dronefly, Inc. is not responsible in any way, for damage to other equipment due to a failure of a component. Dronefly, Inc. is not responsible in any way for the use, misuse, or any injury or damage to personal property from use of any equipment purchased at Dronefly.com. Returns are voided if any of the boards are tampered with or if a customer installs or modifies any parts/ pieces of their products. Dronefly, Inc. does not provide any warranties whatsoever and defers to the manufacturer for any complaints/warranties/guarantees as Dronefly, Inc. does not make, manufacture, or fabricate any of the products found herein. Customer agrees to not file or claim any credit card chargebacks. Customer agrees to our policy by purchasing and products or service from our company. The customer understands that any of the Dji quadcopters are radio controlled machines, they can crash or lose radio connection. Dronefly, Inc. is not liable or responsible for any damages caused to or by any quadcopters, multi rotors, or drones that we sell. We are not responsible for any crashes/ damages that occur during the use of any drone or radio controlled products that we sell. We are not responsible for improper installation of our products.
Prices are subject to change. Products purchased before price changes do not qualify for any store credits, or refunds of the price difference.
Defective Dji Products
After 10 days of the original purchase date any defective Dji product received must be sent in to Dji for replacement or repair. Dronefly, Inc. is not responsible for defective items from Dji. Please contact Dji customer service at 818-235-0789.
