Sent in my Phantom 3 after crash. They told me it would take 2-3 weeks but they repaired it in one week! Unbelievable low cost as well. They are very knowledgeable, polite and sympathetic on the phone, and this is the third drone I have sent them for repair and I am delighted with each of the services. One drone could not be repaired and they were very honest about it and refunded the down payment The other two drones returned in excellent condition and RTF. I have a drone repair facility a few blocks from me I used in the past and would be much more convenient but DroneFly is much more honest, more organized, more knowledgeable and faster and better repairs. No comparison with the place in Venice, Ca.

Received the Phantom 4 one day earlier than expected. Got it up and running without problems at all. I think it is a bit quieter than the Phantom 3 Pro and 2, both of which I own. The propellers attach much easier, the battery seems more secure (maybe too secure as a bit difficult to remove, but since I crashed a Phantom 3 when the battery came loose at 40 feet, I'm not complaining!). Flight controls, stability and interface all much better. Tried the follow me and its amazing. A marked improvement, if not a quantum leap over prior Phantoms, well worth the price difference. More to come with more experience. No other drone from any manufacturer comes close. Talked to an owner of the Inspire and he wants to trade it in on the Phantom 4.

Hello, I hope you can find this helpfull: when replacing your motor make sure you remove all the cable insulation using the heat from the soldering gun or sanding the wires I did not do this and just welded the wires. When i turned on my drone, I was not able to turn on the motors... OMG I was in panic! but I found out that because of the wire insulation, motor was not getting the proper voltage...
great motor BTW! thanks drone fly!

Crash and Burned
First flight back from Dronefly the drone crashed into a lake. Had to buy a new drone as the old one was M.I.A. In the video footage on my iPad the drone flew perfectly for about 200 yards and it appears one of the motors may have fallen out.
