DJI Care Enterprise is a service plan designed for DJI Enterprise drones to provide reliable flying and peace of mind when using the aircraft or gimbal cameras.
DJI Care Enterprise is flexible and customizable offering two packages providing tailor-made and comprehensive services based on your needs:
DJI Care Enterprise Basic comes into effect at 0:00 on the start date and expires at 24:00 on the expiration date, as specified in the service agreement. For damage to the aircraft or the gimbal cameras caused by operator error or accident during normal use and operation, it offers up to two replacement services, and each replacement costs a small additional fee. The supported models include Matrice 200, Matrice 210, Matrice 210 RTK, Zenmuse Z30, Zenmuse X4S, and Zenmuse X5S.
DJI Care Enterprise Plus comes into effect at 0:00 on the start date and expires at 24:00 on the expiration date, as specified in the service agreement. A free repair or replacement service is available for damage to the aircraft or the cameras due to operator error or accident during normal use and operation. For different product models, the following services will be provided: or the Matrice 200, Matrice 210, Matrice 210 RTK, Zenmuse Z30, Zenmuse X4S, and Zenmuse X5S, replacement service will be provided, and DJI requires the original product to be returned as part of the replacement process, the original product will become the DJI’s property, and the new one will be owned by you, and a fee equivalent to the damage assessment cost for the original product will be deducted from the coverage amount.
Zenmuse XT and Zenmuse XT2: Only free repair services will be provided. To prevent your aerial work from being interrupted, you can choose to use a free backup device provided by DJI when your product is under repair. The backup device has the equivalent function to the original device as well as the performance and reliability of a brand-new product (there might be some cosmetic defects). After the repair of your device is completed, an amount equivalent to the repair fee will be deducted from your coverage amount. The loaned gimbal cameras will need to be exchanged with the repaired camera, and if during the loan period the backup gimbal cameras are damaged, then DJI will deduct an amount equivalent to the repair fees for the loan device from your coverage amount.
If you have purchased DJI Care Enterprise Plus, no limit is imposed on the number of replacements, as long as the accumulated repair amount doesn’t exceed the coverage amount. Besides, no additional charge is required for replacements under DJI Care Enterprise Plus. DJI Care Enterprise Basic comes into effect at 0:00 on the start date and expires at 24:00 on the expiration date, as specified in the service agreement. You can enjoy two replacement services.
You will receive a replacement device with the performance and reliability of a brand-new product (there might be some cosmetic defects).

If your aircraft or gimbal cameras meet any of the following condition, you can purchase DJI Care Enterprise:
1. A brand-new aircraft or gimbal cameras that are not activated: Matrice 200, Matrice 210, Matrice 210 RTK, Zenmuse Z30, Zenmuse X4S, Zenmuse X5S, Zenmuse XT, and Zenmuse XT2..
2. Aircraft or gimbal cameras activated for less than 48 hours: Matrice 200, Matrice 210, Matrice 210 RTK, Zenmuse Z30, Zenmuse X4S, Zenmuse X5S, Zenmuse XT, and Zenmuse XT2
3. Repaired in an official DJI Service Center and within 72 hours of receiving an email invitation: Matrice 200, Matrice 210, Matrice 210 RTK, Zenmuse Z30, Zenmuse X4S, Zenmuse X5S, Zenmuse XT, and Zenmuse XT2.
No. Currently, only one of the two DJI Care Enterprise packages can be purchased per aircraft or gimbal cameras.
The parts covered by DJI Care Enterprise series vary with the model of the device:
DJI Care Enterprise BasicFor any damage to your DJI Enterprise aircraft or gimbal cameras due to accidents during normal operation within the service terms of DJI Care Enterprise Plus, the free repair or replacement service offered will be charged for by deducting the required fee from your coverage amount. If replacement is required, you will receive a replacement device with the performance and reliability of a brand-new product (there might be some cosmetic defects).
The scope of free repair and replacement service under DJI Care Enterprise Plus for the Matrice 200, Matrice 210, Matrice 210 RTK, Zenmuse Z30, Zenmuse X4S, and Zenmuse X5S, Zenmuse XT and Zenmuse XT2 includes: For the Matrice 200, the aircraft’s body and propellers are covered. The propellers must be sent back with the aircraft, or the replacement service will not be provided. For the Matrice 210 and Matrice 210 RTK, the aircraft’s body, propellers, external GPS, top-mounted single gimbal fixtures, and bottom-mounted dual gimbals are covered. The external GPS, top-mounted single gimbal fixtures, and bottom-mounted dual gimbals must be sent back with the aircraft, or the replacement service will not be provided. For the Zenmuse Z30, Zenmuse X4S, and Zenmuse X5S, Zenmuse XT, and Zenmuse XT2, the gimbal and camera (including lens) are covered.
If your aircraft or gimbal cameras is damaged due to falling, crushing, and collision caused by operator error or other accidents and you send it back within the coverage period of the service, you can get it repaired or replaced at DJI’s repair center within the specified area of DJI Care Enterprise Plus.
If you choose to use DJI Care Enterprise Plus, DJI will provide free repair services or replacements services within the coverage amount.

If you have purchased the activation card for DJI Care Enterprise, contact your local dealer, provide your activation code and the serial number of your aircraft or gimbal cameras to activate and bind it with your device.
If you have purchased, activated and bound DJI Care Enterprise Plus with several aircraft at the same time, you can choose whether to share the coverage amount or not.
Note: 1) If you purchase DJI Care Enterprise Basic, the number of replacements for multiple aircraft or gimbal cameras cannot be shared..Currently, DJI Care Enterprise can only be purchased only once for one aircraft or gimbal cameras.
The service is now available in the Chinese mainland, U.S. and Canada.
No global warranty is available for DJI Care Enterprise. You need to send your aircraft to the specified local repair centers for replacement and repair. For example: If you have a U.S. version DJI Care Enterprise, you can only have your device repaired or replaced for free at DJI’s after-service repair centers in the U.S.
Yes, water damaged aircraft or cameras are covered by DJI Care Enterprise. If your aircraft or gimbal cameras has water damage, you are eligible for free repair or replacement service.
DJI Care Enterprise service will be bound with the serial number of your aircraft or gimbal cameras. If you need any replacement service, you can go to the support page on DJI’s official website to set up the Online Repair Request service or contact DJI Support at http://www.dji.com/support. After the application, you send your device to the designated DJI repair center. The serial number of the replaced aircraft or gimbal cameras will be automatically updated in the system, and your subsequent service will not be affected. 17. How to check the serial number of my aircraft or gimbal cameras? Serial number of Matrice series is on the inside of the central Board. Serial number of Zenmuse Z30 is on the gimbal axis. Serial number of Zenmuse X4S and Zenmuse X5S is on the gimbal axis. Serial number of Zenmuse XT and Zenmuse XT2 is on the gimbal axis.
