Your UAS program is well established, your pilots are well trained, and things are running more or less smoothly, but perhaps your organization is feeling the need for growth and improvement. That’s where the Enterprise UAS Update and Review courses come in to give your program a leg up. Whether you need to expand your program and make modifications to your existing COA, get some expert help and advice in knowing the best way to upgrade your equipment, or have an audit of your program to assess areas of strengths and weaknesses, our expert trainers are ready to share their knowledge to help you expand and improve your program, and make sure you’re up to date with the latest FAA regulations.
These one-day consultation focus areas in each case are individualized to your organization’s needs, working with you in the areas you most need guidance and development. Course 1 offers you the option to get assistance in expanding your existing COA. We work with you through all the requirements and paperwork involved. This could include adding pilots, aircraft, areas of operation, or updating your training procedures. In selecting the Course 2 option, we will help you add waivers to your existing COA, although the time constraint means that you cannot add all of the waivers listed in one session. We can assist you in determining which waivers are most relevant and necessary for your operations to prioritize your process of development.
If your organization’s needs are more in the line of getting some expert guidance in assessing your current hardware situation and taking the right steps forward in improving your fleet, Course 3 may fit the bill. We will go over your fleet of drones and all associated hardware, including batteries, props, payloads, controllers, etc. to identify any potential issues, and make recommendations for areas of concern. We will also work with you to troubleshoot any known issues on any of your hardware, check maintenance logs for any red flags, and provide training on any new hardware you may not yet be confident with.
Existing program audits are a good idea if you have any areas of concern in your day-to-day operations. We can help identify areas of weakness in your pilot training program, operating procedures, flight logs, etc., and make sure your organization is up-to-date and in compliance with the evolving FAA regulations. If none of these options sound like quite what you need, customized packages are available upon request!
Add waivers (can't do all at once)
It doesn’t make sense to send 4 –6 people out of state or region for a training class when it makes more sense for our trainers to come to you.
Organizing individual schedules around a training class date can be challenging. We’re happy to work around your schedule.
We will match you with a training consultant who works in your industry. A cinema UAV pilot is not the best trainer for a public safety pilot and we “get that”!
Each organization has different UAV aircraft and varying levels of experience and skills. We build a tailored curriculum that meets your unique needs.
Every consulting agreement includes 12-months of white-glove support. Having problems with your aircraft? Call us, text us, or schedule a video conference. Need advice writing a new SOG (Standard Operating Guideline)? We’re here for you.
