High-Resolution Color & Thermal Imagery

The FLIR Duo™ Pro R features a dual-sensor camera and a full network of onboard sensors to provide high-resolution thermal and color imagery for small UAVs. Once mounted, this high-resolution thermal and 4K color video camera will allow any flight system to capture highly-detailed 4K (4000x3000) color videos and 640p thermal videos (as well as still images) simultaneously.

Accurate Geotagging & Mapping Systems

The Duo Pro R provides accurate metadata for every image using its onboard airborne mapping system. Its geotagging system integrates GPS/GLONASS and several other sensors to measure altitude, humidity, temperature, and other essential metadata at the time of recording. With the help of these sensors, the Duo Pro R is capable of providing vital data for the creation of maps and 3D models.

Onboard Image Enhancement

The Duo Pro R doesn’t just deliver high-resolution imagery—it also offers in-flight image optimization using FLIR’s patented MSX® technology, which blends the RGB copy of an image with its thermal counterpart to reveal sharper, more distinct details.

Remote Camera Control & Configuration

This camera can be configured remotely through Pulse Width Modulation inputs or over Bluetooth via the FLIR UAS app. Functions and settings that can be accessed and configured include recording start and stop, still photo capture, color palette selection, and a switch for video streaming display (thermal, visible, MSX, and picture-in-picture).
