Crashed your drone? Don't worry! We can fix it.
Once you purchase our repair service, you will receive an email with your next steps. Please read the instructions thoroughly before shipping your drone to ensure a speedy and quick repair process.
Our low flat rate service fee includes a complete inspection of your aircraft to determine any issues. Once we diagnose your drone, we will contact you with an estimate of the repair cost and any needed parts. If you approve the repair costs, we will fix your drone, update all firmware, recalibrate your vehicle, and test fly your aircraft before shipping it back to you.
Return shipping is included in service fee.
If you send your drone in a hard case or oversized case you may be subject to additional shipping costs.
Please pack and ship only your drone and remote control using a standard shipping box. We do not need any accessories like batteries, chargers, cables, or propellers.
We are not liable for any accessories shipped with your drone.
If you have a Phantom 1 or 2, please call prior to purchasing repair service. Some Phantom 1 & 2 series parts have been discontinued.
Please note: Phantom 3 Professional & Advanced crafts have limited camera availability. Phantom 3 Professional & Advanced cameras will have to be purchased by the customer directly from DJI.
We do not fix water damage or flyaway units. Please do not ship us damaged lipo batteries. Customers will be charged a disposal fee of $25 per damaged battery.
Our Dronefly techs are very good and can fix almost everything. Dronefly cannot be held responsible for any future issues or parts that may fail.
Gimbals and cameras are not repairable with this service. We can only replace the gimbal and camera units.
Any modified remotes will not be used for our final test flight. We will also not be held liable for any crashes. The Repair Service is non-refundable if the customer chooses not to replace the parts needed after the repair has started.
If the customer decides they do not want their drone repaired after a diagnosis, the service fee will be adjusted as follows:
- Dronefly Repair Fee is adjusted to $100 if customer declines repair after drone has been diagnosed. (Includes return shipping cost to domestic 48 states)
- Dronefly Repair Fee is adjusted to $50 plus shipping of old drone if the customer declines repair but opts to purchase a new drone.
- Dronefly Repair Fee is adjusted to $50 when old drone is abandoned and customer declines repair but opts to purchase a new drone
- Dronefly Repair Fee for water damage or flyaway is adjusted to $50. (Includes return shipping cost to domestic 48 states)
Final repair balance must be paid by the customer within 14 days of completing the repair.
Once a repaired product is shipped back and received by the customer, all claims must be made within 7 days of receiving the item.
