If you have a Phantom 1 or Phantom 2, please call prior to purchasing repair service. Some Phantom 1 and Phantom 2 Series parts have been discontinued.

STEP 2: Ship Your Drone To Us

Please pack and ship your drone and remote controller only using a standard shipping box. Please do not send batteries, chargers, propellers or other accessories. We are not liable for any accessories shipped with your drone. Please include downloaded form in the box.

STEP 3: Estimate of Cost

Once we diagnose your drone, we will contact you with an estimate for necessary repair parts.

STEP 4: We Fix Your Drone

Once parts are approved, our techs will get to work repairing your drone!

STEP 5: Fine Tuning and Testing

We update the firmware, calibrate all sensors, and test fly your aircraft to ensure your drone is in peak condition before shipping it back to you.

STEP 6: Return Shipping

Return shipping via UPS Ground is included in repair service for the continental US.* *If you send your drone in an oversized case you may be subject to additional return shipping costs.
