The Workswell Wiris is one of the most state-of-the-art thermal imaging systems on the market. The option to record fully radiometric video (almost unheard of from any other thermal camera) and the ability to fully control the camera from the Matrice 600 controller makes this a great solution for any use case.

The Workswell Wiris (Second Generation) is a state-of-the-art thermal imaging system designed for commercial drones. The compact system combines both Electric Optical and Infrared sensors with a processing unit capable of recording fully radiometric data (both still images and video) as well as output to an HDMI port for real-time HD live view.
One of the features that sets the Wiris apart from other independent thermal imaging systems is its real-time camera control via standard RC transmitter as well as the ability to use those same real-time camera controls on a DJI Matrice 600 Pro when used in conjunction with the Ronin-MX. With only one button, it is possible to remotely trigger start/stop of video recording or still images, change temperature scale settings, measurement parameters (emissivity and apparent reflected temperature), temperature alarms, etc.
Workswell’s CorePlayer software for measured data analysis, report creation etc. is delivered together with the system. Workswell’s ThermoFormat software is used for batch editing and exporting pictures (used to create 3D models). Workswell’s WIRIS 2nd gen thermal imaging system is supplied with a 640px×512px resolution (WIRIS 640) resolution and is available with multiple different lens configurations.
The Workswell GIS 320 (gas imaging system) thermal camera is the ideal solution to detect leaks of hazardous gasses via unmanned air vehicles (drones/UAV systems) as there are options to change image and camera settings such as, emissivity, gas intensity range, camera type, and more through standard RC transmitters connected to the CAN bus or PWM inputs. The thermal camera can also record measured data, including GPS coordinates and the wireless HDMI transfer of images to the pilot.
The Workswell WIRIS mini is a thermal imaging system designed for commercial unmanned air vehicles, known as drones (UAV). Compared with the traditional version of The Workswell WIRIS, the Workswell WIRIS mini has significantly smaller dimensions and is much lighter. It is a compact system that combines a thermal camera, a digital camera (set to a visible spectrum) and a processor unit that can record radiometric data and output it to a digital HDMI port all in one case. Data can be stored either in the internal memory or on an external micro SD card.
What is also extraordinary about the Workswell WIRIS mini is its precision of measurement. Both WIRIS thermal imaging cameras can achieve values of ±3 °C. This means that they are considered to be the most metrologically precise thermal cameras for drones. For this reason, they are suitable for metrologically demanding applications such as industrial inspections, precise agriculture, diagnostics of buildings, and more.
