Yes, it supports network RTK services; and those services are bound to the remote controller, not the aircraft.

Can the Matrice 400 perform precise mapping without Ground Control Points (GCPs)?

No. The telephoto camera cannot support mapping without GCPs; only the wide-angle camera in another model (Matrice 4E) does.

What firmware, software or apps does the Matrice 400 support?
