Flexible thermal imaging for video and still capture

The Matrice 4TD integrates three 48 MP visual cameras with an infrared thermal camera to support observation across wide-area monitoring, mid-range inspection, and telephoto assessment. The thermal system outputs 640 × 512 video at 30 fps during standard operation, with support for 1280 × 1024 video at 30 fps when the Ultra-High Resolution Infrared Image function is enabled and Night Scene mode is disabled.

For still imagery, both Single and Timed thermal capture modes are supported in Normal and UHR Infrared Image modes.

With a maximum flight time of up to 47 minutes, the Matrice 4TD supports extended mission durations. Its obstacle sensing system is specified to detect 12 mm wires at speeds up to 15 m/s, supporting safer operations near infrastructure.
