DJI Mavic 3T: Multi-Sensor Capabilities for Field Professionals

The DJI Mavic 3 Thermal is equipped with a mechanical shutter, 56x zoom camera, and a 640×512 px thermal sensor, enhancing capabilities in mapping, surveying, and thermal imaging operations.

It is engineered for extended missions and supports a range of use cases, including night operations, search and rescue, infrastructure inspection, and fire response, due to its integrated thermal imaging functionality.

Portability and Operational Efficiency

With a weight of approximately 920 g, the DJI Mavic 3 Thermal is among the lightest and most compact enterprise drones currently available. It supports rapid deployment and can be handled with one hand.

The drone is powered by batteries optimized for endurance. A full charge enables up to 45 minutes of flight time, allowing coverage of up to 2 square kilometers per mission.

Post-flight, the aircraft can be charged directly at 88W or via a 100W charging hub for faster battery replenishment.

Enhanced Mapping and Surveying Capabilities in Low-Light Conditions

The Mavic 3 Thermal shares the same telephoto camera as the Mavic 3 Enterprise—a 48 MP camera with a 1/2" CMOS sensor—paired with a thermal camera featuring a 61° Display Field of View (DFOV), a 40 mm equivalent focal length, and a resolution of 640×512 px.

This configuration is tailored for applications in firefighting, search and rescue, inspection, and nighttime operations.

The thermal camera supports point and area temperature measurements, high-temperature alerts, adjustable color palettes, and isotherms to assist in identifying heat sources and making time-sensitive decisions.

The system enables 28x continuous digital zoom and supports split-screen display for side-by-side comparison between thermal and zoom imagery.

Reliable Image Transmission

Equipped with DJI O3 Enterprise Transmission, the Mavic 3 Thermal supports a maximum control range of up to 15 km, enhancing signal stability during flight.

The drone also delivers live video transmission at 1080p resolution and 30 frames per second. Transmission distance reflects the system’s signal strength and stability under optimal conditions.

Integrated Flight Safety Systems
