Dronefly Care Extended Warranty is our exclusive extended warranty program, designed to give you peace of mind and added protection for your drone investment.
- Coverage length: 13 months from the date your product ships
- What’s covered: Accidental damage from pilot error, collisions, drops, water exposure, signal interference, and internal malfunctions
- What’s not covered: Intentional misuse, modifications, loss or theft, cosmetic wear, consumables (such as propellers or batteries), or operation outside manufacturer guidelines
- Replacements: One replacement during the coverage term. Replacement may be new or refurbished. If unavailable, a product of similar capability will be provided
- How to file a claim: Notify support@dronefly.com within 7 days of an incident. Ship the product using the label we provide
- Eligibility: Policy must be purchased before your product ships from Dronefly and applies only to the original purchaser

Introduction
This Extended Warranty Policy (“Policy”) is offered by Enterprise UAS, LLC dba “Dronefly” (“we,” “our,” “us”) to purchasers of eligible DJI equipment (“Covered Product”). This Policy provides additional protection beyond the manufacturer’s standard warranty.
By purchasing this Policy, you (“Customer,” “you,” “your”) agree to the following terms and conditions.
Coverage scope
This Policy covers:
- Accidental damage caused by pilot error, collisions, drops, water damage, and signal interference
- Internal malfunctions resulting from covered operational incidents
This Policy does not cover:
- Intentional damage, misuse, or unauthorized modification
- Loss or theft
- Cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality
- Normal wear and tear or consumable items such as propellers and batteries
- Damage caused by operation outside manufacturer guidelines
Term of coverage
This Policy is valid for thirteen (13) months from the date the Covered Product ships from the Dronefly warehouse. Coverage ends automatically at the expiration of this period, regardless of whether a replacement has been used.
Validity
This Policy must be purchased before the Covered Product ships from the Dronefly warehouse.
This Policy is void if:
- The product is misused beyond manufacturer guidelines
- The product is used illegally, including operation in violation of FAA regulations
- The product is modified, including firmware or software alterations
- The product is resold or rented to another party
Replacement terms
This Policy covers up to one (1) replacement during the coverage term. If a covered incident occurs, Dronefly will replace the product with a new or refurbished unit of the same model, at our discretion.
If the same model is unavailable, a product of similar capability may be provided, not exceeding the original purchase price.
Claim process
- Notify support@dronefly.com within 7 days of the incident. Be prepared to provide your order number and incident details, including date, location, and FAA authorization information.
- Dronefly will issue a claim number and shipping label
- Ship the product within 7 days using the provided label
- Upon inspection and approval, a replacement will be shipped. Investigation may take up to two weeks or longer depending on circumstances.
Limitation of liability
Liability under this Policy is limited to one replacement per term and shall not exceed the original purchase price. Dronefly is not responsible for indirect or consequential damages, including downtime, data loss, or lost business.
Force majeure
Dronefly is not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, labor disputes, or national emergencies.
Transferability
This Policy applies only to the original purchaser and is not transferable.
Severability
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
Governing law
This Policy is governed by the laws of the State of California.
Entire agreement
This Policy constitutes the entire agreement regarding the extended warranty and supersedes all prior agreements.
