The CrystalSky utilizes optimized video transmission that ensures real-time, jitter-free video monitoring. With an enhanced video decoder, the monitor is able to effectively eliminate these issues commonly experienced during the conversion of captured analog video signals to digital video output for viewing.

In order to maximize its functionality and efficiency, the CrystalSky monitor makes use of a highly advanced and fully customized Android OS that has been optimized for improved speed and performance. It does away with unnecessary apps and is resistant to viruses, malware, and junk software, which enables peak performance at all times and ensures that your data won’t be compromised. Finally, the integration of the DJI GO app into this customized Android operating system gives users full access to available controls and features.

I/O & Network Connectivity Options

The CrystalSky monitor offers multiple I/O and connectivity options for USB storage, pairing with other external devices, and high-resolution video output. Its built-in ports include 4K HDMI, USB-A, USB-C, micro-USB, and a 3.5mm headphone jack for live audio monitoring. It also has integrated dual-band WiFi and 4G support through USB dongle, which provides easy access to system updates and enables live streaming, online media sharing, data synchronization, and more.

Increased Memory Storage

With two built-in microSD card slots, users can enjoy additional storage that allows for uninterrupted recording and easy data backup. You can even view, edit, and share any stored video footage directly on the CrystalSky screen.

The extended memory can also be utilized for video playback at 30fps (for H.264) or 60fps (for H.265).

Longer Battery Life

The CrystalSky monitor has a second external battery that allows it to extend operations for up to 5 or 6 hours, which is relatively impressive when compared to many other comparable monitoring devices. The battery is also designed to consistently deliver optimum performance by controlling the rate of discharge even in extremely low temperatures of up to -4°F (-20°C) and high temperatures of up to 104°F (40°C).

Fast charging is also supported when used with dedicated DJI battery chargers.

Fully Compatible with Multiple DJI Products

The CrystalSky is specifically designed to work well with the DJI Mavic Pro, Osmo cameras, and aerial systems from the Phantom 3, Phantom 4, Inspire, and Matrice series. When used with the DJI Cendence remote controller, which is compatible with selected flight systems from the Inspire and Matrice series, the CrystalSky can be easily mounted without the need to purchase a separate holder or bracket.
