Improved design

The DJI Mini 4 Pro is a lightweight drone under 250 grams, allowing it to be flown without a license or registration in many regions. It features subtle design changes, including repositioned sensors, streamlined body, larger cooling vents, smaller rear arms, and new landing feet.

It offers a versatile camera system with tilting and flipping capabilities, microSD port, and 2GB of internal storage.

Flexible package options

Two controller options are available: the basic RC-N2 requiring a smartphone and the RC 2 with a built-in screen. Additional accessories like ND filters and wide-angle lens attachments are also available.

Performance and safety

The Mini 4 Pro is perfect for capturing fast-paced action due to its small size, maneuverability, and low risk of damage. It boasts a maximum speed of 35 MPH in sport mode and can handle winds up to 24 MPH.

The drone features advanced obstacle detection sensors and uses DJI's APAS technology for automatic braking and obstacle avoidance.

Connectivity and battery

This compact drone uses Ocusync 4 transmission technology, providing improved connectivity with longer range and fewer dropouts.

It also comes with a 2,590 mAh Intelligent Flight Battery, offering up to 34 minutes of flight time (real-world usage around 25 minutes). And if you opt for the Intelligent Flight Battery Plus, your flight time extends to a maximum of 45 minutes.

Batteries from the Mini 3 Pro can also be used.

Pro camera for smart shooting

The Mini 4 Pro features a 1/1.3 dual ISO sensor with a 24mm equivalent lens and a fixed f/1.7 aperture. It supports 4K slow-motion at up to 100 fps and 1080p at 200 fps, as well as 4K at up to 60fps and 1080p at 120fps. Image quality is comparable to a high-end smartphone, with sharp video and accurate colors.

There’s a manual pro mode that offers better control over camera settings. For smart shooting, use ActiveTrack 360 for dynamic subject tracking, offering creative shooting options. Various automatic modes are also available for social media use, such as MasterShots, QuickShots, Panorama, and Hyperlapse.

The DJI Mini 4 Pro sets a benchmark for small drones, offering new features like updated obstacle detection, ActiveTrack 360, O4 transmission, and Waypoints.It is well-suited for action sports, events, aerial photography, industrial applications, and more, making it a solid choice in its category.
