The DJI Zenmuse XT2 R is a completely integrated EO/IR gimbal system fully compatible with DJI drones. The dual sensor of the XT2 R (housing both a visual and thermal sensor) maximizes efficiency, allowing pilots to collect visual and thermal data in one flight. FLIR MSX technology creates a visual overlay to produce an enhanced and more detailed thermal image. And a robust processing system powers the smart functions that enable pilots to make informed decisions, even while the drone is still in the air.
Temp Measure - This feature allows pilots to collect detailed, accurate temperature data in real-time. You simply need to tap on a point or select an area to get real-time temperature measurements. The Temp Alarm feature works to keep you in the know, with an instant alert notification when any object in view exceeds a pre-set temperature threshold.
Automatic Tracking - The Zenmuse XT2 has the ability to lock on to a point in the frame, whether that’s an object, with Quick Track, or the hottest point in view, with Heat track. This frees you up to focus on the trickiest parts of your mission, while the camera does the tracking.
Real-time Viewing Controls - The user can set isotherm controls to focus on a particular temperature band, effectively screening out “noise” to focus on what’s important. Color palettes applied to thermal data can also be adjusted to help the operator more easily interpret exactly what they are viewing. Visual and thermal data can be viewed side-by-side, overlapping (MSX), and more.
